Given what you..: Have written, the presence of hbsag without hbeag or anti-hbc igm suggests a chronic infection, probably for years. People who are anti-hbe positive tend to be much less infectious as compared to their hbeag counterparts with less inflammatory liver disease. Was a hbv dna viral load done?
