Many options: You have many choices for contraception that are safe and reliable prior to having children. Oral contraceptives can be used by most women. You will have to remember them daily. Long acting contraceptives such as the iud or Nexplanon (implant) are safe as well and more reliable for women who may forget to take a pill daily. Schedule an appointment with your doctor to discuss.
