A member asked:

Is it healthier for me not to masturbate?

No: It's a good thing overall. It keeps you comfortable, lets you focus on things you need to do, and lets you learn about your mind and body in preparation for being a husband and father. If's only a problem if you have an obsession with sex that's interfering with all else. "spiritual"/"politically correct" critics of normal male sexuality are messing with you for their dark purposes. Man up, enjoy.

Masturbation: Nope. Quite the opposite. Masturbation is a common and natural part of the human experience. There are no negative health consequences to masturbation.
