It could B: Many things. Consider a exam if worsens, could b bladder, may just need some ibuprofin, just overread things. The uterus is a muscle and does cramp but if pain with urination or going more than 2x per night, likely the bladder is contributing. It's likely self limited, try some ibuprofin. Good luck.
