doc why everytime i poo it smells real bad and it does too when i have gas . are my intestines bad or something i should go to a doc about ?

See a doc: This could indicate an infection in your intestines. Giardia is one example. It can cause mild diarrhea and foul-smelling stool. Having your doctor do a stool culture to determine the cause will help.

Malabsorption syndromes can also cause foul smelling stools due to steatorrhea. The co,or and consistency of the stool are important clues as to the codition
