Diet/exercise/lactat: Diet, exercise and lactation will help you shed the pregnancy weight postpartum. My advice would be to breastfeed, decrease your caloric intake slightly and once you have achieved your desired weight start regular exercise to keep the weight off and tone your body. Good luck!
