A member asked:

When in car my chest feels like there's something in it and breathing seems tighter, i can then feel my heart pound harder, is this my anxiety?

Tell Us More: Is this the only situation in which u experience these sensations? Did u always feel this way about being in a car? If not, when this this begin & did that follow some particular event? What would happen if u were given a *toy* car? Without more clues, we're left guessing & that's not helpful to u. The sensations are consistent w/those that arise when our brain sounds the "there's danger!" alarm.
