Hi i have a stabbing pain in my lower right lung does not hurt when breath in i had a viral infection which made my tubes in my lung spasm?

Spasm: One localised area of pain could be pneumonia or mu scoloskeletal pain.It is not pleuritic as it does NT hurt on deep breathing, good physical exam and cxr should help.
