Yes, but with your: Constellation of problems, do not want to fall into cyclic bladder pain. Make sure there is not another infection via culture of urine, if recurrent, after sex, antibiotic after may help. You already have back pain, headaches. Do u sleep at night or clinch teeth? Any mood or stress problems? You may benefit from low dose Cymbalta (duloxetine) to help general pain, don't want bladder added to pain list.
