Few suggestions...: Constipation - hard or infrequent stools - is usually the result of slow transit or ibs (irritable bowel syndrome). Consuming more insoluble fiber (eg. Wheat bran, lentils, some vegetables), water (64+ ounces per day) and active lifestyle can speed up transit through the bowel and relieve your symptoms. Good luck!
