Depends: If you are having a regular period it is likely that you are ovulating. Can you provide a little more information as to why you believe you are not ovulating? If your periods are irregular you should see a doctor and have bloodwork done to determine why. There are several medications that can encourage ovulation in women wishing to become pregnant.

Irregular Bleeding: If you are not ovulating, then you are having bleeding episodes but these are not normal periods like you describe. There is a book called taking charge of your fertility that i think will be of great help to you.
