Sorry but,: You really need to have your md or dentist (if in oral area) look at the lesions to determine for certain.In some cases, blood work is needed to be sure but most the time we can tell by seeing an active lesion. You can compare to pictures but there are many other things that can look similiar from when the lesions appear to when they go away. They also can give you meds to help treat or control it.
