How much do you have to shake your head to get brain damage?

Shaken or shake self: Probably almost impossible if you shake your own head. Very vigorous shaking, if shaken as an abult. Very little shaking can cause significant brain damage to a baby, toddler or person with an unknown or known brain aneurism or blood vessel abnormality.
