Can you help? could someone be cured of cancer if they cut a tumor off of their body?

Yes: It happens all the time -- hopefully you can get a surgeon to do it for you. Skin cancers are routinely cured by excision, and a great many other cancers are often cured by surgery. If the cancer hasn't spread, a cure is to be expected. Today we cure 4 of 6 cancers; when i was a kid it wasn't quite half as good.
