Go to ENT : Needs ENT evaluation for fulguration of vessels. Apply vaseline for dryness of the nasa, mucosa. Avoid Aspirin like meds during bleeding. Rule out causes of epistaxis like blood pressure, wegener's granulomatosis others.

ENT doctor: Agree with Dr. H. Some times cauterizing a small area in the nose may be needed. See an ENT doctor for evaluation.
