Not really: The diagnosis of aspergers dis specifically excludes language problems. The diagnoses are seldom used perfectly as intended, and they are changing this year to broaden the autism disorders to one broader category. Stuttering is not a common language problem in autism spectrum disorders however. Other language issues more typical, but over;lap can surely occur.
