Could be...: If this happened to you previously because of anxiety, then it is possible that it may be anxiety again. It could also be something else. Are you having the same type of pain? Is it radiating? Can you pinpoint it? Is it so painful that it is becoming a hindrance? And there are more questions. Yes: It could be a variety of things. It's true anxiety can cause chest pain, but before assuming that, see a doctor for a thorough history and exam, assessment of your other risk factors, etc. Sometimes additional testing such as an ekg, labs, imaging, etc are needed. If it is anxiety then incorporating techniques into your life to prevent and manage stress/anxiety would probably be helpful.
