Vaccinate: Since the virus can be spread by infected kids/adults before they become symptomatic, immunization is the most effective way to build a wall of protected people around the sporadic cases. That stops the spread.

54 yrs old male. Mild asthma and well controlled high bp. Due to a measles outbreak in my area I received an MMR vaccine two yrs ago. I have read that the MMR vaccine can mitigate some effects of covid 19. Is this true and is two years ago adequate?
