A member asked:

What r some good things eat to slow the growth of cataracts in?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not really: To my knowledge, there is no diet proven to slow cataract development. It is simply the clouding of the lens with age. We know that people who are diabetic tend to develop them at a younger age. Sun exposure can also accelerate cataract development. I would recommend a balanced diet for good general health and sunglasses with uv protection.
