See your doctor: If you have a discharge you need to see your doctor. There is a prescription oral medicine for yeast, but you can't assume that this discharge is yeast until you've seen the doctor and been diagnosed. Also, although there are effective otc yeast creams and suppositories, douching can cause problems, and so is not recommended for treatment of any vaginal conditions.
