No: There are all sorts of " microorganisms" - ie "bugs" that live in, on or around us and that occasionally cause infections. One major type of microorganism is yeast, another is bacteria, a third is virus, a fourth is parasite and several others. T treatments for one type of microorganism generally wont be effective against another. An antiyeast or antifunagl medication wont help against bacteria.
