Sorry: It won't be fast. A 47 yr old woman is not the same as an adolescent. Tetracycline is likely to fail. Need to know much more: menst periods? Meds? Hormones? Hair changes? Best therapy may be spironolactone, an antiandrogen. Usually it will be 3 months to begin to improve. Sun & swimming often help. Isotretinoin pills will clear it in 5 months but are a difficult treatment. See a dermatologist.
