Your call: I could say live like there's no tomorrow, but given the advances in cancer treatment and not knowing how severe your disease, you may have decades of more tomorrows! listen to your doctor, make health care decisions that are best for you, and spend time with the people you love.

Let'sHopeCancer-Free: Right now, your focus should be on assembling a team of doctors that will help you fight this disease. Be sure and choose a medical oncologist & surgeon that you are very comfortable with; it may help to see a psychologist, as well, esp. When you try to deal w/these issues. While the word "cancer" has a tendency to be a life-changer, our cure rates are quite high--i hope that's the case for you.
