Would you say it is reliable to measure the blood pressure using one of these machines at a supermarket?

Hypertension: Blood pressure machines must be calibrated to be accurate and proper technique followed to measure pressure accurately. If these are present a supermarket machine could be accurate. Hard to know for any machine unless certified.
