Could you mistake a yeast infection for early pregnancy?

Two different things: Yeast infections typically present as itching and a white thick discharge. Early pregnancy typically has little or no symptoms, but when symptoms occur they are typically breast tenderness, nausea, vomiting, not sure how they can be confused.
