Cramps: It is possible you are pregnant, but it is not a likely cause of your cramps. Some women get a cramp-like pain when an egg is released; this is called mittlelschmerz. Crampy pain can also be unrelated to gynecologic issues, like with indigestion. If your period is late, you can take a home pregnancy test.
