Diagnosed schizophrenic but feel ocd is to blame? could it be both?

They Can Co-Occur: Someone can be diagnosed with both schizophrenia & ocd. The association between the two disorders is complex & poorly understood. E.G. Someone with schizophrenia is far more likely 2 develop ocd than someone without schizophrenia. But someone with ocd is no more likely 2 develop schizophrenia than someone without ocd. Some researchers have spoken of a "schizo-obsessive" category of schizophrenia.
