Many choices: Traditionally, the triptans are best in stopping headaches, and many of these exist including relpax, (eletriptan) frova, zomig, treximet, etc. Ergotamines, cambia, dolovent, 100% oxygen, injectable compazine, might be tried. Best to avoid opiates, which can cause rebound and even chronic daily headaches.
