Wheezing causes: Other causes of wheezing include: heart failure, foreign body in the lungs, lung sarcoid, hypersensitivity pneumonitis, aspiration and sometimes even vocal cord dysfunction. There are others and a pulmonologist or allergist is specially trained to diagnose these lung diseases.
