No vaccines for PD: There aren't currently any vaccines for parkinson's disease. There are trials looking at gene therapy to try to reverse some of the symptoms/damage caused by the disease. There are some new formulations of medicines. Currently, however, the main treatment are the medicines--levodopa, Dopamine agonists, mao-b inhibitors--which help the motor symptoms.
