Peppermint leaves: Peppermint leaves will not cure gum disease, cavities, or acid reflux. The peppermint will mask the halitosis, but not cure it. Determine the cause of your problem, treat it, and be rid of it. Seek a consultation with a local dentist to start.

Temporary fix: That is one of many ways to try to have good breath. The important question to ask yourself if you have bad breath, is why do I have it? An Aspirin may get rid of a headache but if the problem is high blood pressure, it's obvious that you need to see a physician to reduce the hi bp. Similarly, if you have chronic bad breath, you should start with a dentist to determine the cause.
