Good Hygiene: Wash your bottom with soap and water before and after sex 2. Pass urine after sex 3. To treat, take Cipro (ciprofloxacin) 500 mg twice daily for 7 days.

Blood sugar control if you have Diabetes. 4. Correcting anatomical issues involving the G urinary system. 5 Seeing your doctor to correct Physiologic problems. 6. Drinking plenty of fluids and don't "hold it in" when you need to urinate.
