Yes!: All things are possible; believing is seeing, unlike old philosophy. In terms of science and logic, depending on age and settings, this is a possiblility. For example, if the ovaries have been inactive/dormant, they suddenly "deiced" to be active. If intercourse happens at that exact period, conception can take place, although uterice was not "riped", similar to ectopic pregnancies.
