Probably not: The only time this might happen, and it would be unusual, would be a lighter patch at the injection site. Some people get a small patch of light skin, called hypopigmentation, at the site of a trauma. I have never seen this happen with an immunization but it is not impossible. But there should be no effect on your skin as a whole.
