There aren't any: The over-the-counter product that works best is benzoyl peroxide. None of the home remedies you'll find online (lemon juice, sleeping with your face smeared with honey) will work, and i suspect some of them are cruel pranks on folks with an already-cruel disease. And no rx of any kind words very fast. Please get with a scientific physician. He/she can help.
