Wear sunscreen and: Stay well hydrated; don't smoke, avoid tanning to keep skin healthy. Eat well balanced diet with lots of fruits, vegetables. See your doctor routinely and keep up to date with your immunizations, health maintenance, age-appropriate cancer screening. Exercise.
