A member asked:

I want to know what is the difference between breathing through your nose or mouth?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nose is better: The main difference is that your nose is designed to warm and moisten the air before it gets to your lungs while the mouth is not. If you breathe mostly through your mouth, you will have increased loss of water from your body. Also, it is less attractive, socially.
