Scientific Rx: Acne on the trunk doesn't respond to just topical agents, though benzoyl peroxide and/or topical Clindamycin or similar stuff may help. A trial of a systemic antibiotic that's right for you, perhaps tetracycline 500 2x/day may clear you. Or even if you're older, you may decide that Accutane is the way you want to go -- nasty, pricey & a bit risky but very effective.
