Blood, urine, discha: Blood is tested for hiv, syphilis, hepatitis b, hsv. Urine can be tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea. Vaginal discharge can be checked for trichomonas. Pap smear for hpv.

Blood, urine, cultur: Blood will evaluate for: hiv, syphilis, hepatitis, hiv, and prev herpes exposures; the pap can screen for hpv, cultures or urine sample can be used to check for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trichomonas.
