Why do i always feel backache after csection?

Most likely do to : Change in your body related to core strength as the abdominal wall muscles were not only stretched but next cut and have to now heal and then strengthen after c-section leading to an increased load across your lower back until you are back in shape!

Spinal/epidural.: The regional anesthetic method used for a cesarean section can cause low back pain. Additionally, the procedure itself can cause referred pain to the lumbar neurotomes as the incisions heal internally and externally.
