SEE MD ASAP: Stomach swelling of large proportion without any other swelling must be checked out. Without a real exam nothing useful can be answered. Suffice it to say it could be a tumor, intestinal pathology, organ failure such as the liver, causing ascites a condition of end stage liver failure. Said not to scare, but to point out seriousness of sign, and need for a total check up by md. Go!
