You don't mention what symptoms prompted the MRIs. Have you had a colonoscopy? Have you been seen by a gastroenterologist? The presence of mesorectal lymph nodes is concerning. Your report doesn't mention presence of a rectal cancer though. I recommend a consultation with a colorectal surgeon in collaboration with the gastroenterologist.
