Repeat pregnancy test and otherwise same answer as before. Menstrual cycles vary a lot related to stress, time of year, which women you spend most of your time with as well as other reasons. Being a teenager, you can have variation for no reason at all. It appears that you have no intention of getting pregnant so it would be wise to always use birth control and set up an appointment with a clinic.
