The only way to know is to take a home pregnancy test and find out if you are pregnant. The chances of pregnancy are lowered by taking plan B but pregnancy can always occur in spite of the best efforts to avoid it. So, if you are not sure if this is a normal period, then take a pregnancy test using the morning urine since it is the most concentrated. If results are unclear, see your doctor,
