Ask gyn oncologist: Your obgyn oncologist may be the perfect person to ask. They are up to date on the most recent (and experimental) treatments as far as chemotherapy for ovarian cancer. Usually they will treat with chemotherapy first then perform surgery (debulking) or the other way around. Call and ask for their opinion. If you don't get the answer you want, find a second opinion (from a gyn oncologist)!
