Hcg didnt doubled in 48 hours but increased by 61%. should i be concerned? fet cycle transferred 2 embryos, 10 days post transfer hcg came back 291 and after 46 hours (not 48) it came back 469. thanks in advance?

The increase in quantitative HCG described is compatible with early pregnancy, but your OB physician may want to repeat the test again, and add an ultrasound to determine if the pregnancy is progressing normally. Embryo transfer may not be successful with both of the embryo's transferred.
