I experienced muscle loss in my fore-arm due to a blood draw in that area well as the vain being incredibly damaged, and does not function; nor look the same as it has before. as well, it moved to the left. what could this mean? any help appreciated?

I would not assume a blood draw would cause muscle wasting as the vascular system has backup blood vessels in the area. Please consult a neurologist if you have muscle loss to explore other issues that may involve your body as a whole.
