Vaccination 15 years ago probably means you are protected against 4 common types of HPV, but you have been susceptible to up to 100 other types. Likelihood of testing positive depends largely on your sexual lifestyle over the years. At any point in time, up to half of women your age test positive. Follow standard Pap smear guidelines in order to be protected against cervical cancer.
