The lungs have a self cleaning mechanism that operates continuously. We inhale tiny dust/pollen/germ particles that get trapped in the lungs. These are caught by a moisture trap layer and gradually removed over time. It is likely the small amount you inhaled will be removed this way. The system can be overwhelmed leading to a bronchitis, but I would not worry about it for now.
