You need to see a GI doctor to find out what is wrong. You may need to be scoped-a colonoscopy as well as an upper endoscopy-to find out what the diagnosis is so that it can be treated. Your symptoms, especially the 20lb weight loss, are concerning and you need to be diagnosed so treatment can be rendered. Good luck!
